The head of Collier County’s Emergency Medical Services is on paid administrative leave. The county told WINK News it is conducting an internal investigation into possible administrative issues at Collier EMS. Tabatha Butcher went on leave on Oct. 20, while the county continues the investigation. The county did not reveal what specific issue it’s investigating and said it will not comment on personnel matters.
