The Cape Coral Police Department has announced a second arrest in the shooting death of a 15-year-old Cape Coral girl. They announced Wednesday the arrest of Christopher Devon Horne Jr., 16, one month after Kayla Rincon-Miller’s murder. He is being charged as a “principal to homicide while engaged in a robbery,” according to Cape Coral Police Chief Anthony Sizemore. Police couldn’t confirm if Horne is the shooter or if he knew Rincon-Miller, but they said he is a big piece to the puzzle. They spoke with the family regarding this arrest. More arrests are imminent, according to police. You can watch the full press conference in the video above.
