The Cape Coral Police Department has announced a second arrest in the shooting death of a 15-year-old Cape Coral girl.

They announced Wednesday the arrest of Christopher Devon Horne Jr., 16, one month after Kayla Rincon-Miller’s murder.

He is being charged as a “principal to homicide while engaged in a robbery,” according to Cape Coral Police Chief Anthony Sizemore.

Police couldn’t confirm if Horne is the shooter or if he knew Rincon-Miller, but they said he is a big piece to the puzzle.

They spoke with the family regarding this arrest.

More arrests are imminent, according to police.
