A Naples Manor man has been arrested after allegedly possessing enough fentanyl to kill nearly 100,000 people.

A Collier County Sheriff’s Office narcotics search warrant investigation led to the arrest of 23-year-old gang member Ruuderston Scott Ashle Antoine.

On Friday, CCSO Vice and Narcotics Bureau detectives executed a search warrant at Antoine’s residence at 5206 Mitchell St. in Naples Manor.

Detectives found 196.6 grams of fentanyl, 218.5 grams of cocaine, 9.5 grams of psilocybin mushrooms and 804.6 grams of marijuana.

The amount of fentanyl recovered was enough to potentially kill 98,500 people, said CCSO. Detectives also recovered an AR-15 rifle that was reported stolen out of Clewiston in 2020.

On Wednesday, detectives arrested Antoine on felony narcotics charges in connection with the search warrant.

Antoine is in the Collier County Jail charged with multiple felonies, including trafficking fentanyl over 28 grams and trafficking cocaine 28-200 grams.
