Most Wanted Wednesday: Southwest Florida’s most wanted suspects for July 31, 2024

This weekly Most Wanted Wednesday WINK News segment features fugitives from justice in Southwest Florida.

This is your chance to help the community with a tip that gets these people off the street. These suspects need to be found, and if you can help, you could earn a cash reward of up to $3,000.

Here are three fugitives wanted by Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.

Take a good look at the man topping this week’s Most Wanted Wednesday. Lee County Deputies are searching for Francisco Pasa Itzep. He’s accused of raping a co-worker earlier this year. He was last known to be living in Fort Myers. His roommates told investigators the 41-year-old never returned home or to work after the attack.

Bobby Joe Skeens has a lengthy rap sheet, and now he’s wanted on drug-related charges in Lee Couty. The 40-year-old has several aliases – Patrick Moule, Joe Skeens, and Playboy Bobby.

Miguel Reyes Cardona is wanted in connection with the sexual battery and molestation of a young girl. Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers told WINK News the abuse started when the girl was 7 years old and that she didn’t speak up for years to protect her little sister.
