Aielli Group opens Bakery at Grappino in Naples

The Bakery at Grappino launched Sept. 11 in the same building as Grappino restaurant on U.S. 41 in Naples. Both hospitality ventures are operated by the Aielli Group, which also owns the Sea Salt, Barbatella and Dorona restaurants in Naples.

“We believe that the new Bakery at Grappino is the perfect addition to our restaurants. We felt that the bakery could fill a gap in our offering, making it possible for our community to enjoy an authentic, high-quality European-inspired bakery and breakfast spot in Naples,” said Ingrid Aielli, who co-owns the Naples-based Aielli Group with her husband, Chef Fabrizio Aielli.

Their new European-inspired bakery, which opened in the former location of La Colmar Bakery & Bistro at 90 Ninth St. N., serves breakfast and lunch daily 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Authentic Italian coffee and espresso drinks are served throughout the day with smoothies, juices and ginger shots.
