The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office is remembering the life of one of their K-9s, Scar. He started working with deputies in 2017. One of his biggest accomplishments was finding a car with more than $190,000 in drugs and cash. Scar could easily be identified by “his giant smile and his hilariously long tongue,” said the sheriff’s office in a Facebook post remembering Scar. The sheriff’s office said, “Scar, we thank you for your dedication to your partner, his safety, and our agency. Rest in paradise, good boy.”
