No increased risk of illness in Collier beaches after Hurricane Milton

The Collier County Department of Health has deemed all beaches have no increased risk of illness following Hurricane Milton.

The Department of Health conducted tests following the impacts of Milton to ensure water quality was suitable for swimmers.

On Monday, tests indicated an acceptable level of Enterococcus bacteria established by state guidelines.
