OCALA, Fla. (AP) – A north Florida man has pleaded guilty to killing three of his co-workers outside a bar in Ocala, and will spend the rest of his life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Andrew Joseph Lobban on Monday entered his pleas in an Ocala courtroom for the June 2013 slayings after reaching a deal with prosecutors, who had been seeking the death penalty.

The Ocala Star-Banner reports (http://bit.ly/12Zb8TY ) that Lobban worked with the victims — 23-year-old Benjamin Howard, 20-year-old Jerry Lamar Bynes and 25-year-old Josue Santiago — at the Ocala Entertainment Complex.

Prosecutors said Lobban killed the three men because he was upset over a prank they played on him that included a video of him being “punked.”
