
FORT MYERS, Fla.- A fire broke out at a home in the Jamaica Bay development late Tuesday afternoon.
The community is off US 41, just south of Gladiolus Drive.
The homeowners were forced to evacuate just after 3 p.m. Officials say the home is a total loss.
The house next door was also damaged by the fire.
No injuries have been reported.
