3 new restaurants coming this fall to Coconut Point Cape Coral City Council salary, stipend won’t appear on November ballot
BONITA SPRINGS, Fla.- People who live in a Bonita Springs Community say construction trucks are speeding through their neighborhood. They live near the Bonita Fairways Country Club, just off West Terry in Bonita Springs. Home Dynamics plans to build 100 plus single-family homes next door to Bonita Fairways, and they say driving through the complex is the only available access point. Homeowners say they’re concerned about their safety. “You really gotta watch out,” said Dave Chastain, a resident in the community, “I can’t imagine a child riding a bicycle; this is not just retirement home. There are children that live here.” The homeowner’s association lowered the speed limit from 25 to 15, but residents say they want the trucks to use another entrance entirely. A representative with Home Dynamics says there is maintenance entrance through a golf course they could use, but the course’s owner denied access.
