
FORT MYERS, Fla. – On Wednesdays, we fire up the WINK kitchen. Firefighter and paramedic Pat Browne along with Carolyn Rambosk joined us to talk about safety in the kitchen. They also showed us how to make the “Best Ever Grilled Cheese” sandwich.
Ingredients:
Softened Butter
White Mountain Bread
1 Package Colby Jack Cheese (slices)
1 Package Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Slices)
Heat frying pan, butter one side of bread and place in frying pan. Place two slices of Colby Jack and two slices of Sharp Cheddar cheese on bread in pan. Cover with second piece of bread. Butter top of second slice of bread.
Turn sandwich over when browned on first side. Press sandwich with spatula. Remove from pan when golden brown.
