A salmonella outbreak in 11 states is linked to raw tuna in sushi.

Now there’s a recall of that tuna as authorities investigate the illnesses.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says at least 62 cases of salmonella are linked to raw tuna.

CDC officials say 11 people were hospitalized.

Most of those who got sick say they ate raw tuna in sushi within a week of feeling ill.

The Osamu Corporation has issued two voluntary recalls of tuna sold to restaurants and grocery stores.

Nearly all of the salmonella cases were reported in California and Arizona. The rest were in Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Mexico, South Dakota, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Washington state.

Details on the recall are available by clicking here.
