CAPE CORAL, Fla.- Detectives are searching for a suspect in a couple of early morning burglaries from over the weekend. Between 5:20 a.m. and 6:15 a.m. on Oct.11, Cape Coral police responded to two burglaries at homes on the 300 block of NE 8th Terrace and the 300 block of NE 6th Street. At each residence, police say the homeowners were awakened by a person in the home. The suspect is described as a being between 30-40 years old, wearing a black baseball cap, no shirt and white khaki shorts.
