TAINAN, Taiwan (AP) – Taiwan media are reporting that a survivor found shielded under the body of her husband has been pulled out alive from a toppled high-rise apartment building, two days after a powerful quake killed at least 36 people.

Eastern Broadcasting Corp. reports that Tsao Wei-ling called out “here I am” as rescuers dug through to find her Monday.

The death toll from Saturday’s powerful 6.4-magnitude quake in south Taiwan stands at 36. Thirty-four of these are from the building collapse in Tainan city.

More than 170 people have been rescued from the collapsed 17-story building, but more than 100 are still believed buried inside.
