FORT MYERS, Fla. – The family of 14-year-old Wadlin Dieu-Juste has filed the seventh lawsuit against Club Blu.

The teen was hit by bullets in the stomach and hand when at least one gunman opened fire on a crowd of kids in the nightclub’s parking lot. Dieu-Juste was one of three people who remained in the hospital with serious or critical injuries.

His teacher created a GoFundMe to help Dieu-Juste’s family cover his medical expenses.

The lawsuit claims there was negligent security. Two teenagers were killed and 18 other people hit in the mass shooting.
