Reservoir water expected to alleviate water shortage in Cape Coral

CAPE CORAL, Fla. Millions of gallons are flowing from pipes in a Charlotte County reservoir to Cape Coral canals as a temporary solution to the current water crisis, but the plan needs to pass a critical test this weekend.
