CAPE CORAL, Fla. A 23-year-old man was arrested Friday in connection to an altercation at the Dixie Roadhouse on Southeast 47th Terrace last month, Cape Coral police said.
Anthony W. Mann, 23, of 52nd Street, threatened the victim with a gun, police said. Mann then drove into the victim with his vehicle during his getaway, with the victim holding on to the hood to keep from being run over.
The victim sustained minor injuries from the incident, according to police.
It is unclear why Mann targeted the victim.
Mann is in custody facing charges of aggravated assault and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon with a $105,000 bond.
