Tammy Gustkey Tammy Gustkey (DOB 2/10/76) – wanted in Lee County for felony violation of probation for DUI and the possession of drug paraphernalia. Her current woes started when she was pulled over for a traffic infraction. Officers soon recognized that Tammy was driving under the influence, with a suspended license, and in the possession of a stash of drugs, including meth, fentanyl, cocaine, and various syringes and pipes. Gustkey has 17 bookings to her name, on charges of fraud, theft, assault, burglary, domestic violence, contempt and lots of drug charges. She is a registered convicted felon who could be using the alias of Tammy Ann Banks. She is 5’1”, 140 pounds and was last known to be living in Cape Coral. Tyler Talaba Tyler Talaba (DOB 3/23/96) – wanted in Lee County for violation of probation for burglary. He was caught red-handed breaking into boats in the Suncoast community of North Fort Myers. When deputies found him in possession of multiple stolen items, he said that he had just purchased the items a few days ago, but had no receipt and no proof of payment. Coincidentally, those same exact items had just been stolen hours earlier from several nearby residences. Witnesses spotted him skulking around the area as a suspicious person, and detectives were able to quickly link him to each of the crimes. In total, he has had 10 bookings on 76 criminal charges between Lee and Collier Counties, starting when he was 17 years old for burglary and the grand theft of a firearm. Since then, he’s been jailed in both counties for fraud, drugs, and the illegal use of credit cards. He is 6’1”, 170 pounds, and has been known to use the alias of Mercedes Hildebrand. Jeremy Rodriguez, Stacia Irizarry [CAPTURED] Jeremy Rodriguez (DOB 10/11/83) – Wanted in Lee County on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a charge of child abuse. Investigators say he was taking care of a three-month-old baby boy who became injured while in his care. When the infant was brought to the hospital, it was discovered that he had a skull fracture with extensive other injuries. When questioned how it happened, Rodriguez said he had no idea. A witness said they saw him bang the baby’s head on a metal bed frame on more than one occasion and also saw him strike the baby in the head with a closed fist and throw heavy toys at the baby, which caused significant bruising. He was arrested on that charge and was supposed to show back up in court – which he has failed to do. In total, Rodriguez has been booked 10 times in Lee County, on additional charges of the sale and delivery of cocaine, aggravated battery on a pregnant victim, domestic violence by strangulation, burglary, theft and a sexual offense on a victim between the ages of 12 and 15. He is 5’7”, 200 pounds, and last known to be living in East Lee County. And upon his arrest, he’ll be held without bond. After getting into a fight with her boyfriend, witnesses watched as Irizarry got into her car, struck the victim, then pinned him up against a wall. After backing up and revving the engine again, she tried to knock him down a second time, but ended up wedging the car into a telephone pole. To date, Irizarry has been booked 20 times between Lee and Hendry Counties, on charges including grand theft, burglary, battery, contempt, prostitution, drugs and a sex offense. She is 5’8”, 180 pounds and could be using the aliases of either Stacia Adams or Stacia Rugulo. Deputies say she was last known to be living in central Fort Myers. Her warrant is also no bond.
