A bomb squad has deemed a suspicious package found at a substation of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office on Pondella Road in North Fort Myers to be non-suspicious.
Pondella Road was shut down between US-41 and Old 41 while the investigation went on. A robot was used, as seen in an LCSO Facebook post:
