Charlotte County deputies arrested a suspect involved in a shooting on Monday night.
The shooting took place inside a home on Winstead Avenue in Englewood. The victim was ultimately unscathed.
The suspect has been identified as Duke James Terrill, 29.
The shooting occurred at around 11 p.m.
The suspect fled the area in an unknown vehicle.
No information on the suspect was released by authorities.
Terrill faces a possible charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. North Port Police and the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the invetsigation.
Terrill is currently in the Sarasota County Jail.
