Credit: Susan Cook There is a fire between North Fort Myers and Cape Coral, apparently near Pine Lakes Country Club. The Caloosahatchee Forestry Center says the fire was 120 acres and was burning in Cape Coral. That fire is now out. According to North Fort Myers Fire, the fire is situated between Cape Coral and North Fort Myers. This is near the area of Circle Pine Road and Lake Loop Road. Forestry says Durden Parkway closed as of 3:45 p.m. on Sunday. The fire is said to be East of Burnt Store Road. Crews say the fire is traveling toward the northwest.
