Collier deputies investigating stranger danger incident at bus stop

Deputies are asking the public to help identify this man who is a suspect in a stranger danger incident at the Isles of Capri. (CREDIT: Collier County Sheriff’s Office)

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to help identify a man who approached a student at a bus stop on Tuesday.

The student was at her bus stop on Isles of Capri at around 7 a.m. when the man pulled up in a vehicle and told the girl her mother asked him to pick her up and take her to school.

The man then drove away when the school bus pulled up

The man is described as approximately 60-70 years old, with black hair, with two visible scars on his face. The man has a tattoo on his upper right arm, and was last seen wearing a red polo shirt.
