Odyssey by Soltura welcomes first tenants of new rental community concept in Fort Myers

Danville Leadbetter and his company bought the land off Forum Boulevard for $650,000.

15 months later, the first tenants moved in enjoying amenities such as a 24-hour fitness center and a pool.

But unlike every other apartment complex, every unit at Odyssey by Soltura has its own backyard with artificial turf.
