Music Walk in Downtown Fort Myers. CREDIT: Fort Myers Music Walk Music is returning to the streets of downtown Fort Myers Friday evening. The River District Alliance said that Friday night’s Music Walk will go on from 6 to 10 p.m. The group made the difficult decision to cancel Art Walk earlier this month because of traffic concerns with the Caloosahatchee Bridge closure. We’ve seen heavy traffic downtown lately since the Caloosahatchee Bridge shut down for construction. The city also brought back free street parking downtown after 5 p.m. to attract people back to businesses.
