3 arrested after Collier County detectives find trafficking amounts of fentanyl

Collier County detectives have arrested three people, including a person with felony convictions, over the weekend after they found a trafficking amount of fentanyl and other drugs in their residence.

On Sunday, the Collier County Sheriff’s Office‘s vice and narcotics detectives, assisted by deputies, executed a search warrant at 5441 Carlton St.

According to the sheriff’s office, it has responded to reports involving suspicious activity and narcotics activity at the home in recent weeks.

More than a dozen people were inside the home at the time of the search.

During the search, detectives found illicit narcotics, including fentanyl, methamphetamine and amphetamine and drug paraphernalia.  

Detectives arrested 39-year-old Mark Dirisre Dieujuste, who has prior felony convictions, 39-year-old Dorothy Kristina Maglione and 50-year-old Timothy Jon Flagg.

Dieujuste is being charged with fentanyl trafficking, possession of amphetamine and possession of narcotic paraphernalia.

Maglione is being charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine and possession of narcotic paraphernalia.

Flagg is being charged with possession of fentanyl and possession of narcotic paraphernalia.
