A man is in custody following an hours-long stand-off with Cape Coral police. Patrol car after patrol car pulled up to a home on Southwest 8th Court near Mohawk Parkway. The police department told WINK News officers were dispatched on a domestic call. CCPD said Caleb Carson refused to come out of the home for hours. He even barricaded himself on the roof. Officers had enough probable cause to arrest him once he surrendered. Carson is being medically cleared, and then he will be taken to Lee County Jail.
