Deputies arrested Raymond Warram, 68, on Wednesday after a caller, who was walking his 9-year-old daughter to the bus stop, reported the alleged suspect standing nude in the middle of the road. Upon arrival at the scene, at the intersection of Beechwood Street and Misty Avenue, the witness informed deputies of Warram’s alleged antics, mentioning that he had walked around the area in the nude multiple times before Wednesday’s call. In the police report, the witness told deputies that Warram had been arrested on similar charges in the past. The witness provided evidence of Warram walking around in the nude, which aided in the eventual arrest. Warram has been charged with exposure of sexual organs.
