Charlotte County’s Deputy Chief of Fire and EMS is in some hot water after he was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence.

A Lee County Sheriff’s Office deputy stopped Michael Davis early Christmas morning for not having a registration tag.

The arrest report says the deputy smelled alcohol, and Davis failed several field sobriety tests.
