Credit: Florida Highway Patrol The Florida Highway Patrol has arrested a man accused of driving on the wrong side of U.S. 41 while intoxicated in Lee County. Troopers arrested Victor Manuel Rodriguez Peralta, 27, at around 1:22 a.m. on Wednesday after being caught on camera traveling south in the northbound lanes of U.S. 41 near South Airport Road. Peralta was pulled over by troopers and evaluated, where he admitted to consuming two beers to law enforcement. According to FHP, Peralta refused an implied consent breath sample. He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Peralta was taken to the Lee County Jail and released at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
