CAPE CORAL, Fla.- Seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a pool and stunning views of the Caloosahatchee River.

It’s one of the premier waterfront properties in Lee County and the owner wants it taken off his hands!

The three story house is on Bayshore Drive in south Cape Coral.

They’re holding previews of the property this weekend, and a company plans to sell the house next Tuesday.

The home has unusual touches such as murals and paintings in bathrooms; the work of artists hired by the owner, when he built the place n the early 2000s.

“Not only is it impeccably beautiful, also a well built property,” said Stacy Kirk with the Grand Estates Auction Company.

It features a heated, zero-entry pool, two boat lifts, and stunning views of the river.

“Each bedroom is a suite, its own, private bath.”

The auction company says  the owner and his wife are selling because they have some health issues and would like to downsize.

To join the auction, you have to present a cashier’s check for $150,000. If you win the bidding, you have to be able to put down 10 percent of the price, that day. You also have to be able to close within 30 days.
