MARCO ISLAND, Fla. – A Marco Island man was recovering Sunday after he was bitten by a shark.
Police told WINK News the shark bit the man’s calf while he was swimming on Resident’s Beach. Witnesses were not able to identify the type of shark but said it was about four feet long.
The man is expected to be okay.
