LEE COUNTY, Fla.- A judge ordered a women accused of kidnapping her niece and nephew to be held without bond. The Department of Children and Families is currently investigating 29-year-old Kristina Pantalias. DCF tells WINK News, this isn’t the first time she’s been under investigation. Police say Pantalias took the children from their Cape Coral home to her apartment in Fort Myers early Tuesday morning. While they were with her, one of the kids was mauled by a dog. Both children are in the custody of the state.
