WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) – A West Palm Beach man has been accused of attacking a car carrying a mother and her two small children.

The South Florida Sun Sentinel (http://bit.ly/1Ijz2w8 ) reports that 54-year-old Anthony Ritz is facing charges of aggravated assault and culpable negligence in connection to what police are calling a road-rage incident that occurred Monday in a West Palm Beach parking lot.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office says Ritz was angry that Nadia McClean, the driver in front of him, hadn’t turned onto a road fast enough.

McClean says Ritz was honking at her and followed her into a parking lot, at which time he began swinging an object at her car, breaking the windshield, despite children being inside the vehicle.
