ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) – A scare actor at Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights tells police a visitor kicked him in the face over the weekend.

The Orlando Sentinel reports (http://bit.ly/1WgWS2d ) the Orlando Police Department plans to ask the state attorney’s office to file a battery charge against the guest, Brandon Brown.

Police say the scare actor, 27-year-old William Gailit, told them he escorted Brown out of a haunted house Saturday night after the reported incident.

A state attorney’s office spokeswoman told the newspaper the case information has not yet been received as of Tuesday.

Gailit says this will be his last year as a part of Halloween Horror Nights.

Universal spokesman Tom Schroder says the theme part has a zero-tolerance policy that can include prosecution of anyone suspected of compromising the safety of employees.
