FORT MYERS, Fla. — Increased humidity and rain chances arrive Wednesday across Southwest Florida.

The morning will be warmer and more humid than it had been 24 hours prior, with mostly sunny skies giving way to sun and clouds by lunch. Still, it’ll be mostly dry, with temperatures rising from the 70s into the 80s.

A hot and humid afternoon follows, with a high of 92. Scattered storms will fall, especially in the late afternoon and early evening hours, when locally heavy rain is possible.
