SARASOTA, Fla. — A man was arrested Monday after a woman said he looked up her skirt twice while shopping at a Wal-Mart, the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office said. Surveillance footage appears to show Sarasota resident Alan E. Ralph bending down next to the woman and other female shoppers at the store on 4381 Cattlemen Road. Ralph is facing three voyeurism charges and is in Sarasota County Jail without bond. The sheriff’s office investigation continues. Call 941-861-4317 to report more information.
