PC: U.S Consumer Product Safety Commission FORT MYERS, Fla. Target has issued a recall on Easter toys that are considered dangerous, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The “Hatch and Grow” and “Hatch Your Own” toys are small and could easily be ingested. If swallowed the toys could expand inside a child’s body and cause intestinal blockage that could be life-threatening, the commission said. Surgery would be required if the water-absorbing toys are ingested. The toys might not show up in an X-ray, the commission said.
