Craig Brush, the Everblades president and general manager, confirmed that David Hoffmann has purchased the team and the arena.
Hoffmann is the founder and chairman of Hoffmann Commercial Real Estate.
Brush said the deal will hopefully be finalized sometime at the end of the month.
