Lots of you got into the holiday spirit with massive inflatables and light displays.

But all the time and money you spent getting the up may come crashing down in a flash if you’re not careful this weekend.

We’re expecting some pretty strong winds up to 40 mph.

One family told us, they’re ready for anything.

For more than 15 years, Morgan Henderson and his family have brought Christmas cheer to their Cape Coral neighborhood.

“I couldn’t do it without my dad, mom, sister. It’s a family project for sure,” he said.

He considers his family professionals when it comes to holiday decorations.

“We start right after Halloween, so November 1st. That’s when we start getting the boxes out. In my opinion, we are pretty creative with what we do,” said Henderson.

With 50 plus inflatables in their yard, they say it’s important to keep the creativity alive.

“We look for tears in the fabric each time we are out here to make sure there’s no risk for anybody here or anything that can happen to it,” he said.

But with high winds expected on Saturday, Santa, his reindeer and even the Grinch could be threatened.

“The wind is certainly going to be a factor and we’re going to have to deal with it all the way towards the holidays,” said WINK News Meteorologist Matt Devitt.

“If worse comes to worst, we might not be able to blow some of the things up,” said Henderson.

While the Henderson’s may have to take a few decorations down, they promise this: “We’ll keep them up all day Christmas and Christmas Eve!”

So they can keep the holiday cheer alive.

If you have inflatables or other decorations outside of your house, make sure they are securely tied down or bring them inside.
