People wait in line to be tested for COVID-19 on Monday in Cape Coral. (Credit: WINK News) The Department of Health in Lee County is offering free walk-up COVID-19 testing at Jim Jeffers Park on Monday, Dec. 21. The testing will run through 12:30 p.m., according to the Cape Coral Fire Department. The park is located at 2817 SW 3rd Lane. There is no fee for the test. No appointment or doctor’s order is necessary. The flu and Hepatitis A vaccines are also available.
