Thanks to your support, WINK News’ March to a Million Meals has reached its $400,000 goal as of Monday. We’ve been reporting on the issue of hunger in Southwest Florida and you’ve responded, giving with great generosity.
$400,000 is a great milestone, but let’s not forget that the campaign runs all month.
So while we celebrate meeting the goal, and continue to thank you for your donations, we are remaining focused on the monthlong campaign and the people we will help by going above and beyond that initial goal. Hunger is going to linger for a long time in SWFL, and the bigger dent we can put in the problem, the better.
