Students of The Alva School are being asked to speak up after a written threat of violence was found on Tuesday afternoon.
According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, janitors at The Alva School, located at 21219 N. River Road, found a concerning message written on the wall of the middle school boys’ restroom at the end of the school day. Lee County deputies were notified and performed a full sweep of the school, finding nothing.
