Here are three fugitives wanted by Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.

Robert Hilgart (DOB 1/23/70) – wanted in Lee County for violation of probation for exploitation of an elderly or disabled adult. Hilgart is no stranger to breaking the law, with 28 previous bookings in Lee County.

Among Hilgart’s charges are multiple counts of drugs, fraud, burglary, grand theft and dealing in stolen property. He has also been violent, with arrests for aggravated assault and domestic violence.

Last November, he was found guilty of four charges of exploiting an elderly/disabled person and grand theft from a person age 65 or older. He was placed on 12 months of probation, which he violated.

He is 6’4”, 160 pounds, with tattoos, including a Chester Cheeto character tattooed on his left leg, skulls and tombstones on his right arm, and the words “sick and twisted” on his head. He was last known to be living in Cape Coral.

Vincent Jenkins (DOB 8/27/89) – wanted in Lee County on an order revoking pretrial supervision for the possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, fleeing and eluding officers and resisting.

The newest charge stems from an incident when police tried to pull him over for a traffic infraction. Rather than stopping, he chose to take off at a high rate of speed, then drove into a neighborhood where he crashed his car and fled, ditching a loaded gun along the way.

Officers caught up with him and brought him to jail. He was released shortly after on the condition that he’d adhere to a few rules before his next court date, which he has failed to do.

To date, Jenkins has been booked 19 times since the age of 14, when he committed his first felony. Among the priors on his record are charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, battery/domestic violence, hit and run, kidnapping/false imprisonment and armed robbery.

He is 6’0”, 200 pounds and has a tattoo of a dollar sign on his right arm, a cross with the words “never over” on his chest and a spider on his face. He has been added to Crime Stoppers’ 10 Most Wanted.

Daniel Line (DOB 7/20/99) – wanted in Lee County for aggravated stalking. He is known to have a violent side, with previous charges of battery, burglary, drugs and aggravated assault with a weapon.

In one incident, Line grabbed a woman who was holding a small child in her arms by her hair, then struck her in the face several times.

Line was last known to be living in southeast Cape Coral and is believed to still be in the area. He’s been on the run for several months now and may have friends and family in the area who could be hiding him.
