RSW. (CREDIT: WINK News) The Southwest Florida International Airport has announced its RSWRemote parking option for Thanksgiving travelers. The reserved parking option located on the airport’s north side will accept cars to enter for parking from Nov. 23, at 3 a.m., through Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28, at noon. Cars may exit the lot from Thanksgiving Day through the last flight arrival on Dec. 4. The cost is a flat $60 fee, no matter how many days you choose to park. The non-refundable fee cannot be used at another on-airport parking location. Shuttles will operate from the remote lot to the terminal from 3 a.m. until 7 p.m. and will take parkers from the terminal to the remote lot from 8 a.m. until the last daily flight arrives. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) recommends that travelers leave two hours before their domestic flight’s departure time and three hours before international travel.
