Ryan Lee Foster Credit: The Lee County Sheriff’s Office A 47-year-old man from Lee County has been found guilty of manslaughter after stabbing his neighbor multiple times in 2022. According to the state attorney’s office, in March 2022, Ryan Lee Foster stabbed his neighbor, who was also a family member, multiple times, killing him. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office investigated the scene on Cedar Hammock Court and quickly identified Foster as a suspect. The victim had multiple stab wounds to the neck and throat. He was found in North Fort Myers and still had the victim’s blood on his clothing. Sentencing is scheduled for January 28, 2025.
