MIAMI (AP) – Police say an elderly South Florida woman has died after she was bitten by three dogs in her home.
Miami-Dade police tell local media that they were called to the 91-year-old woman’s Miami residence Tuesday afternoon after she was found unresponsive. She was later pronounced dead at a hospital. Authorities have not released the victim’s name.
The dogs were identified as an American bulldog, a Rhodesian Ridgeback and a Labrador mix. All were taken into custody with the Miami-Dade Animal Services. Police are investigating the incident.
