CLEWISTON, Fla. — A crash near the intersection of State Road 80 and County Road 833 late Friday killed a Clewiston woman, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Mary Jane Colon, 36, was traveling southbound on County Road 833 when she veered off the highway and into a canal just south of the corner, FHP said. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The wreck occurred about 10:30 p.m. Friday. The roadways are clear.
