Ice Cream at 321 Degrees Below Zero

FORT MYERS, Fla. – Just in time for summer, a sweet and very chilly treat has arrived in Fort Myers, as Sub Zero Ice Cream opens their doors.

The process is relatively simple but could easily be mistaken for a mad scientist laboratory. Customers pick their cream, a flavor syrup along with a mix in and their ice cream starts to take shape.

All flavors start with just the ingredients and are then frozen right before your eyes using liquid nitrogen at a cool 321 degrees below zero. The ice cream is customized to the consistency of the customers liking and then scooped up and served.

Sub Zero Ice Cream already has a location in Naples, this latest location is located at 16230 Summerlin Road, Suite 202 in Fort Myers and opens daily at 11:00 a.m.
