$320K raised at WINK News Feeds Families Hunger Walk

ESTERO, Fla. — More than 1,000 Southwest Florida residents came out to get some exercise Saturday morning for a good cause at the WINK News Feeds Families Hunger Walk.

The event has raised more than $320,000, with proceeds benefitting the Harry Chapin Food Bank, said Richard LeBer, president and ceo of the Harry Chapin Food Bank.

Registration for the event began at 8:30 a.m. and the walk took place at 9:30 a.m. at Miromar Outlets on 10801 Corkscrew Road.
