
SANIBEL, Fla. Traffic has resumed as normal on Periwinkle Way after a disabled semi-trailer truck temporarily created a roadblock Thursday afternoon, Sanibel police said.
Drivers were advised to find an alternate route off the island because of the truck, which broke down at 1300 Periwinkle Way.
